I just thought I would share my current favorite thing to eat. It is perfect for summertime.
It is at Costso for $3 and some change. At Costco it is not spinach, it is a perfect lettuce mix, but I am sure it is great either way. It is a complete kit, making it super easy, and we love easy, right ladies:)

K-salads are not my thing. And it bugs me that Blake always put us down for a "salad" on the sign-up sheet. I'm def. gonna check this out!
