2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
2 Cups Grated And Peeled Zucchini
½ Cup Milk
2 ½ Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
3 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Soda
½ Cup Cocoa

Mix And Bake At 350 Deg For 1 Hr In A Bunt Pan. Drizzle With Warm Chocolate Fudge Frosting.

Chocolate Fudge Frosting
¼ Cup Margarine
1 Tsp Vanilla
6 Tbsp Cocoa
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Lb Powdered Sugar
¼ Cup Sour Cream
Cook In A Sauce Pan On Low Heat Until Melted.
