Black Bean Salsa
2 cups black beans
2 cups chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
4-5 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Mix and refrigerate a few hours to let flavors blend. Serve with tortilla chips.
