1/2 c. butter
1 2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Add:
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Mix well.
Then add:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix.
Then add:
1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
1 cup coconut
You can add chocolate chips or raisins if you'd like too.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
