Chicken a l' Orange

1 t. olive oil
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 T. orange concentrate (frozen section)
2 T. low sodium soy sause
1/4 t. ginger
1 T. sliced almonds ( I use alot more )

Heat oil over med. heat, add chicken and sear for 3 minutes per side. Add orange, ginger, and soy sause. Stir. Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Top with almonds. Put over brown rice.
